As the cake designer, we reserve the right to deviate small details, as needed, in effort to achieve the best end result.

Once your order has been picked up or delivered, the safety of your order is no longer the responsibility of Nisha's Treats, LLC.

Nationwide shipping is available for cookies only!

All cookies are individually wrapped, and heat sealed. 

Due to heat sealing, some toppings (caramel, glaze, etc.) may stick to the packaging.

Nisha's Treats is not responsible for mishandling by 3rd party shipping companies.

No refund will be given for cookies that arrive broken.

Price listed for cupcakes includes basic flavors only. There is a $10 upcharge for deluxe flavors!

Price listed for the 6in. 8in, 10in, and standard 2 tier cakes include any of our basic flavors w/ minimum designs and are STARTING prices, only. There is a $10 upcharge for deluxe flavors! Additional charges may apply and depends on the design requested.

Payments are accepted via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash! We do not accept Cash App!

All orders $50 or less must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

All orders over $50 requires a 50% non-refundable, non-transferrable, retainer. Any remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to pick up or delivery date.

Any order that is needed within 7 days must be paid in full at the time the order is placed, and an additional $40 rush fee will be added.
